'SharedTransitLane started with one dream: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Bianchi family established our intimate, family-operated pizzeria in 1985, preserving recipes that have been in our family for generations.
Our founding member Marco Bianchi perfected her pizza craft during her Italian sojourn, apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza masters. Returning to the UK, her mission was to offer the experience of legitimate Italian pizza, adhering to traditional techniques and sourcing premier ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat eatery has expanded into a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to outstanding quality and genuine taste is unwavering. We continue employing the classic wood-fired oven methods, kneading our dough each day, and selecting the top-tier components available.
Today, 'SharedTransitLane' is still family-directed, with the Bianchi's next generation at the forefront of our enthusiastic brigade. Despite integrating a few contemporary improvements, we remain devoted to producing scrumptious, real pizza that nurtures camaraderie.
